If the HCL Touch Chat Client software is not installed on your machine, then you need to download HCL Touch Chat Client software. For downloading this software follow the steps below:
- Select Drivers Download.
- Select HCL Touch Client Chat Software from Product Menu and Model -> Click go Button
- Double click on Chat Software and Save the Chat Software ZIP file into your system
- Extract the Zip you have downloaded
- Run HCL Touch.exe file
- Also run Install.exe file available on one touch folder
- After successful installation of HCL Touch Chat Software, follow the below mentioned steps.
If the HCL Touch Chat Client software is not installed on your machine, then you need to download HCL Touch Chat Client software. For downloading this software follow the steps below:
- First, press F11 button twice.
- Now you would be able to see HCL Touch Chat Support Welcome Screen.
- Select Your Product (Laptop or Desktop) for the Chat Support.
- Please enter your Laptop / Desktop Serial Number (The laptop / Desktop Serial Number will be available on the backside of your machine. For E.g. : 2093AXXXXXXX
- Kindly go through the HCL Touch Chat Terms and Condition and Click on Accept Button
- Now You have to provide certain information like
- Give us the details of what Operating System you are using (for getting that information, Right Click on My Computer ->Click Properties ->Select General Tab) and Problems you are facing on the machine.
- Click on Submit Button.
- Welcome screen appears "Congratulations!!! Now you have connected with Our Help Desk Engineer". Simply you can now chat with our Customer Care Executive and register your complaint.
